Backfire

On her way to see me yesterday afternoon, Felisha was driving her doctor friend Dave's BMW with her girlfriend Molly in the passenger seat when she hit a patch of ice and slalomed into a parked semi truck. Their speed was 65 miles per hour.

The BMW crumpled underneath the tractor trailer and if it hadn't been for the steel pipe running along underneath the trailer, Felisha and Molly would have surely perished.

Both girls escaped with only a few cuts and bruises however Felisha's already cracked him has worsened since the accident. According to Felisha, it was hard to see ahead that evening and the semi truck's lights were not on. Doctor Dave ventured down to pick up both girls and was surprisingly pissed off about his BMW being trashed.

Meanwhile, as sad as I am about Felisha and Molly's adventure, I can't help but feel angry that yet another opportunity to see my dear friend has gone the way of the dodo.

Felisha will be spending the next few days with Molly recuperating in tandem. I've been instructed to wait for Felisha to call me about her status and not to call her. We shall see what comes of this.
